As the eventful year comes to an end, it is now a good time to have a look at the last few months of the EEI group.
We are very proud of our master’s student Heta Lehtonen, who handed in her thesis on improving the visibility of wind turbines.
Our Doctoral Researcher Eetu Selenius spent a month in Mainz working on a collaborative project with Hanna Kokko and her group, funded by the Godfrey Hewitt Mobility Award.
We warmly welcome our new upcoming Doctoral Researcher Michal Barták, who will soon start work on the links between melanisation and thermal adaptation in the wood tiger moth.
We also said farewell to our former, amazing Postdoctoral Researcher George Hancock, and profoundly congratulate him on his new position at the University of Exeter.
